SBTD June Hop – A blend of old and new!

Blog Hop Banner

Thanks for joining me as we again hop with my Stampin’ friends from Stampers by the Dozen.  We are a small group of demonstrators who share our love of creativity using Stampin’ Up! product. We are spread throughout the world and come together each month to share a project, following a theme.  You may be starting on my blog, or you may have hopped over from Tashana.  This months theme is a blend of the old and the new.  Our 2019/2020 catalogue went live this month and as you can no doubt imagine, there are so many new things to play with.

I thought I would use the Magnolia Lane Memories & More Cards to make two quick and simple cards.  The first I mounted the vellum piece onto the Crisp Cantelope card base.  I then layered one of the smaller cards from the pack, following the magnolia theme.  I finished it off with the sentiment from the Tropical Chic stamp set (carry Over) and a double bow feature using the Magnolia Lane Ribbon Combo.

Again, I have mounted two different Memories & More cards onto my card base and my carry over items are the sentiments from Dandelion Wishes Stamp Set and the Copper Trim.  I am really happy that the Copper Trim has carried over.  It really adds something to my cards.

I invite you to keep on hopping through our groups monthly blog hop.  Next stop is Sharleen.

Thanks

Carly 🙂
