Thanks for arriving……  You may have arrived from Nicole‘s blog or maybe you are starting here.

Well, unfortunately this Blog Hop did not go to plan.  I had a little, alright a BIG moment there where my blog was OUT OF ORDER……argh, what a nightmare.  Thanks Lou for your help and guidance.  Safari is not my friend.

I have joined the ESAD Blog Hop for the Retirement List projects.  I was flicking back through my previous blog hops and this was my first out in the wide world blog hop, two years ago.  I have since become a little addicted, so watch this space because there are more on the way (and they are exciting ones too……..new catalogue anyone!)

Well I just wanted to highlight some items which I am definitely going to miss, something you may have skipped over in the excitement of getting the Retirement List.

I will list the items for you to refer to:

  • Adhesive Remover – This little $6 beauty has saved me on more than one occasion.
  • 5/8″ Organza Ribbon – I may or may not have stock piled this ribbon.  It is so versatile and you can colour it any colour to coordinate with your project.
  • Blusing Bride Glitter Paper – Why, oh why, what will I do!
  • StazOn Inkpad and Reinker – Still working out how I feel about this and what my solution will be 🙂

Now onto my projects.  I just used the Love you Lots Hostess Stamp Set to create four 10x10cm gift cards.

I coloured the Elephant and Mouse with the Stampin’ Up! Watercolor Pencils and used an Aqua Pen to blend the colour.

Again, coloured using the Stampin’ Up! Watercolour Pencils along with the Aqua Painters (I think I will miss the froggie the most)

The Ladybirds are coloured using the Stampin’ Write Marker in Real Red.

And, although it doesnt show very well on the photo, the background has been watercoloured and then I used the Blender Pen to colour the Echidna.

Well, I hope I have inspired you to dig out the Stamp Sets you may not have used and get some ink on them before they are retired.
