Day 2 Inspire. Create. Share. 2015

Today was a day to focus on our business.

The opening general session was an opportunity to start the recognitions of top performers within the South Pacific demonstrators. There were several of our team who celebrated different milestones.

Sara Douglas, Interum CEO then introduced us to the Ronald McDonald House Charity stamp set….it is simply awesome. Sara shared many projects, a couple shown below. Over the last 10 years Stampin’ Up! have donated over $100k each year.  What a sensational cause and effort.

Carrie Cudney then introduced Pam Jorgensen who held a “workshop” focussing on the envelope punch board.  This was an important message to focus on specific products, definitely something I would like to focus on.

We then had the opportunity to complete our make and take card and matching envelope.

After lunch we had our break out classes.

I started with Brandi Barnard who was talking about Selling and Sales. Brandi holds the title of Director and was purely inspirational.  She shared 12 Sales Tips…..

The lovely Brandi spoke passionately and realistically.

Our next breakout session was conducted by Holly Linford on Recruiting. Again, Holly personalised her session and it was a pleasure listening to her.

Stampin’ Up! Are currently introducing a new  compensation Plan, which is replacing the existing Career Plan. The lovely Shannon West explained the finer detail  but I won’t go on about it any further  if you want more information, please ask

We then made the mad dash back to our apartments  I say mad dash as the weather has really set in.

These two little fellas were sheltering on the balcony. Poor little things were saturated.

Well I look forward to sharing about day 3 tomorrow.
